Once your payment is successfully processed and your order is received, you’ll get a confirmation email. We’ll then begin preparing your items for shipment.

 

2. Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 business days for:

  • Quality Control (QC) photos or videos to be sent to you

  • Your approval of size, style, and shipping address

  • Final packing and dispatch

📌 If your order includes multiple items, processing time may be based on the item requiring the longest preparation.

 

3. Shipping Time

We ship with trusted international couriers such as DHL, EMS, UPS, FedEx, and others depending on your location and shipping conditions.

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–2 weeks (varies by courier and country)

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships

4. Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Based on customer feedback, most orders arrive securely and on time.

 

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request a change or cancellation only if:

  • Payment has not been made (cancel directly from your account)

  • Payment is made but QC has not been approved or shipping started (contact us immediately)

❗Once QC is approved and the order is shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.
