Refund and Returns Policy

Quality Check Before Shipping

Before we ship your order, we provide clear QC (Quality Check) photos or videos of your product. This is your chance to:

  • Confirm the size, style, and condition of the item

  • Confirm your shipping address

If we do not receive a response within 3 days after sharing the QC, we will proceed with shipping and consider your order confirmed.

Important: Once you approve the QC (or do not respond in 3 days), the order is considered final. No claims can be made after delivery unless there’s a defect that was missed in the QC.


Return Policy

Because our fulfillment center is based in China, we can only accept return or exchange requests before the order has left China.

  • Once the parcel has been shipped and cleared China customs, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, even if the product is delivered to you.

  • We do not accept returns based on personal preferences (e.g., you changed your mind or expected something different) after the QC stage.


Refund Policy

We only offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The package is seized by customs during shipping (you may choose a refund or reshipment).

  • You received the wrong size or model, different from what was confirmed during QC.

  • The item has a major defect that was not shown in the QC materials (e.g. open glue seams, major stitching errors).

Refunds are not accepted for:

  • Incorrect size or model ordered by the customer

  • Refusal to accept delivery or failure to sign for the package

  • Missing packages where tracking shows “delivered”

  • Disputes based on personal opinion after QC approval


Note on International Returns

As we ship internationally, return shipping costs are very high and unpredictable. This is why we rely on the QC process to avoid returns.

If a return is absolutely required and approved before shipment, the buyer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Ensuring the package is labeled as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs duties
