A “batch” refers to the factory version of the replica (e.g., LJR, PK, OG, etc.). Each batch has its own quality level. We work with top-rated batches, and we will inform you of the exact batch during the QC stage before shipping.
Yes. Before shipping, we will send you QC photos or videos showing the exact product you’ll receive, including size, model, and condition. You must confirm the QC before we ship.
Returns or exchanges are only possible before the item leaves China. Once the order has shipped internationally, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, except for cases where there's a major issue not visible during QC.
If we don’t hear back from you within 3 days, we will assume everything is correct and proceed with shipping. After this, the order is considered final.
Shipping time is 1–2 weeks depending on your location. We use DHL, EMS, UPS, FedEx, or other trusted carriers. You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.
If your package is seized by customs during shipping, we will offer a refund or reshipment. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you claim you didn’t receive it, we are not responsible.
Some countries may charge customs or import duties. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s regulations before ordering.
