Nike Air Max Plus Heat Map IH4458-001

The Nike Air Max 95 is justifiably sitting at the forefront of the Air Max catalog this year, but that doesn’t mean the Beaverton brand’s other 90s-era silos are lacking. Sean McDowell’s Air Max Plus – a cult classic-turned mainstream sensation – is riding on strong with a compelling “Heat Map” colorway landing overseas in the near future.
In an unconventional twist, our first look comes to us from a lone image posted by Japanese retailer atmos. Bright yellow/green mesh makes up the majority of the base, although a quick zoom-in reveals blue shading around the overlays. The rest of the design is fairly straight-forward, with the overlays, lining, and mudguard/toe cap appearing in black. The midsole appears mostly in white, the midfoot plate comes in blue, and the Tuned Air chambers return to the yellow/green shade.
The Nike Air Max Plus “Heat Map” is scheduled to land June 13th in Asia, but no global release date has been announced. We’ll update this article and post from the @sneakernews X account if/when the sneaker becomes available stateside.
